A nourishing blend of ceremonial cacao and Yin Yoga for deep rest and inner connection. Through long-held postures, mindful breathing, and meditation, participants are invited to slow down, release external noise, and remember that yoga is more than movement, it's a way of living with awareness and intention. YOUR PRACTITIONER: TASHA Tash, also known as the Cacao Fairy, is a Brazilian meditation guide, cacao ceremony facilitator, and yoga teacher. Her work combines mindfulness, intentional living, yin yoga and ceremonial cacao to create gentle spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate deeper presence.
